We provide mentors for young people from the age of 12 as part of the LEAD Programme; we particularly look to recruit mentors from the same communities as the young people.  If you are based in one of the areas we deliver in and would like to commit to pastoral mentoring a young person for around 8 months, please get in touch. We will be working with Rochdale Boys upcoming, and Salford also in 2018.

We occasionally support our alumni (aged 14 – 21) to access a mentor, usually focused on professional development. This often takes place within a work environment and supports young people develop employability skills and new networks; this mentoring is highly tailored to the young person.  Send us an email to talk to us about skills based mentoring for alumni.
